On May 26, 2026, Chongqing Shinrong Plastic Surgery Hospital, a flagship medical aesthetics institution under Fosun Health, officially signed a cooperation agreement with China Pharmaceutical University (CPU) in Nanjing. Through this partnership, the hospital was formally designated as China Pharmaceutical University Affiliated Chongqing Shinrong Plastic Surgery Hospital.
This milestone marks the establishment of another tertiary plastic surgery hospital affiliated with a national “Double First-Class” university in China and represents a significant step forward in the integration of healthcare, education, and scientific research.
The signing ceremony was attended by senior leaders from both organizations, including Professor Haiping Hao, President of China Pharmaceutical University; Professor Yong Yang, Vice President of China Pharmaceutical University; Professor Jinxi Ding, Vice President of China Pharmaceutical University; Qiyu Chen, Co-CEO of Fosun International and Director of Fosun Pharma; Yuqing Chen, Chairman of Fosun Pharma; Hang Hu, Chairman of Fosun Health; Xiang Li, Chief Scientific Officer of Fosun Pharma; and Xinhao Li, General Manager of Chongqing Shinrong Plastic Surgery Hospital.
Strategic Partnership Establishes University-Affiliated Hospital
Under the witness of leadership from both China Pharmaceutical University and Fosun Group, the two parties formally signed an agreement to jointly establish China Pharmaceutical University Affiliated Chongqing Shinrong Plastic Surgery Hospital.
