China Pharmaceutical University, a national “211 Project” and “Double First-Class” university directly administered by China’s Ministry of Education, is widely recognized as the “Cradle of China’s Biopharmaceutical Talent.” The University possesses outstanding research capabilities and a strong talent pool in areas including innovative drug discovery, pharmacological evaluation, and clinical pharmacy.
Shinrong Plastic Surgery Hospital, the flagship aesthetic medicine hospital of Fosun Health, is Chongqing’s first Grade III Plastic Surgery Hospital. The hospital serves as the training and guidance base for five national academic organizations and was among the earliest private healthcare institutions in China to obtain dual Good Clinical Practice (GCP) accreditation for clinical trials involving both medical aesthetic pharmaceuticals and medical devices, officially approved in 2023. These achievements have established Shinrong as a leader among China’s private aesthetic medicine institutions in academic excellence, clinical research, and standardized hospital management.
By combining the scientific strengths of a world-class pharmaceutical university with the clinical expertise of a Grade III plastic surgery hospital, Shinrong Plastic Surgery Hospital will leverage its new role as an affiliated hospital of China Pharmaceutical University to fully integrate into the University’s academic disciplines, scientific research initiatives, and talent development programs.
Building upon its existing clinical services, the hospital will establish an integrated platform that connects medical care, research, and industrial innovation. Through this platform, university academic resources will further enhance medical education and professional training, while cutting-edge technologies and research methodologies will be introduced to strengthen the integration of clinical practice with basic scientific research. Leveraging Fosun Pharma’s comprehensive industry ecosystem, the hospital will accelerate the commercialization of research achievements and foster the development of innovative technologies and products. At the same time, the University’s academic platform will broaden the hospital’s global perspective, further enhance its academic influence, and reinforce its role as an industry benchmark, providing sustained momentum for high-quality development.
